摘要
在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在和pH8.7-9.8范围内,锌与水杨基荧光酮,柠檬酸形成稳定的1∶1∶2混配配合物,其最大吸收位于560nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1.锌量在0~15μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律.方法用于环境水标样及人发标样中锌的测定,获得满意结果.
The colour reaction of Zinc with SAF and Citric acid in the presence of CTMAB and pH9.1 has been studied. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.3×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 560nm. Molar ratio of zinc to SAF and citric acid is 1∶1∶2. Beers Law is obeyed in the range of 0 ̄15μg Zn/25mL. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of zinc in human hair and environmental water sample.
