摘要
研究了阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,镉与双硫腙显色反应的条件及配合物的组成,在0.16mol/L的NaOH介质中,镉与双硫腙形成一红色配合物,该配合物的λ_(max)=540nm,ε_(540)=8.89×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),镉与双硫腙的配合比为1:3.镉量在0~25μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,方法用于水样中镉的测定,获得满意结果.
The conditions of colour reaction of cadmium with dithizone and the composition of the complex formed in the presence of CTMAB were studied, it was found that cadmium reacts with dithizone in NaOH medmium to form a red complex with a maximum absorption at 540nm, apparent molar absorptivity is 8.89×10~4 L·mol^(-1). cm^(-1),molar ratio of cadmium to dithizone is 1:3. Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of 0~25μg Cd/25mL ,The method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in water with stisfactory results.
