摘要
在生态环境需水研究中,生态环境需水的概念与定义十分重要,它通常包含了研究者的研究对象、研究角度以及计算方法等方面的内容。然而,关于生态环境需水的概念与定义至今尚未达成统一的认识,给生态环境需水研究和水资源配置实践均造成了极大的不便。针对这一问题,本文从已有研究的相关概念中提取出一系列关键词并加以辨析,在此基础上将其归纳为一个概念体系,并提出了选用上的建议。通过对已有相关定义之间本质联系的深入分析,将生态环境需水定义为"维持生态系统健康所需的水";这一定义能将各种说法较好地统一起来,有助于合理确定生态环境需水量以及检验生态环境用水的配置效果。
In the research of Eco-environmental Water Requirement （EWR）, the concept and definition of EWR is very important for it usually carries the information of the subject investigated, the point of view, and the calculating methods, etc. In spite of some significant achievements, a uniform understanding of the concept and definition of EWR has not been reached yet, which has brought great inconvenience to the re,arch and the water allocation practice. To the question, based on a careful review of the existent researches, a concept system of EWR and advices on its use were put forward in this article. Furthermore, the EWR was defined as‘the water to maintain ecosystem health＇, which well combined the current various expressions and can be helpful to the quantification of EWR and the examination of the water allocation practice.
