摘要
本文论述了蛋白质体外折叠问题的研究现状及几种常用的仪器分析方法在体外折叠问题研究中的应 用，展望了今后的发展方向。
Two main aspects of the study on protein folding in vitro and the application of instrumental analysis methods are reviewed in this article, with recommendation on future developments.
