摘要
对油库、加油站在四川汶川5·12特大地震灾害中的受损情况作了简介,针对不同的受损情况分别提出了相应的处置方案。在地震灾害发生后,油库、加油站受损严重的主要是建(构)筑物和防雷、防静电接地装置。在灾后重建中,油库、加油站受损的建(构)筑物的重建应按相关的规范标准执行。搞好防雷、防静电接地装置的检查、测试是当务之急。对受损的防雷设施、防静电接地装置必须尽快修复、完善,使油库、加油站尽快恢复营业和安全运行。
The damage situation of the oil storages and filling stations in Sichuan Wenchuan special great earthquake disaster is described and the corresponding handling schemes in various types and sorts based on the different damage The mostly damaged facilities in filling stations after the earthquak cases are proposed the oil storages and e disaster mainly are the buildings （structures） and the grounding devices of lightning protection and anti- electrostatic. The damaged buildings （structures） in the oil storages and filling stations should be rebuilt according to the relevant codes and standards. The urgent affairs is to check and test the grounding devices of lightning protection and anti-electrostatic. The damaged lightning protection devices and the antielectrostatic grounding devices must be repaired and perfected as soon as possible to enable the business of the oil storages and filling stations to be resumed in safe operation as early as possible.
