摘要
指出了石油库在清罐作业中存在的诸如含油污水及污物随意处理,油罐基材表面除锈不彻底,罐壁及底板的焊瘤没有清除,油罐底板的腐蚀涂层存在质量缺陷等问题,针对上述问题的对策是:制定颁发有关标准,强化专业培训,慎重选择施工队伍,严格工程质量监督和适当加大经费投入等。
Problems such as random disposal of pollutant containing oils, halfway rust removing of tank base etc. are presented. Necessary standards, specialized training, careful selection of construction team, and strict monitor and appropriate increase of invest are essential to solve the problems.
