摘要
珠美海棠(Malus Zumi)试管苗在试管内气孔全部开张,根系无根毛,移栽到土壤后,气孔逐渐关闭,根系正常发育,无主根,多水平根,地表毛根很多,因此适应在地下水位高的低洼地区生长.这一发现,为改进试管苗移栽技术提供了理论依据.
The stomata of Mains Zumi tube-plant are all open. The plantlet has no root hair in its root systems. After the plantlet is transplanted in soil, their stomata shut gradually, and their root systems develope normally. The Malus Zumi test-tube-plantlet has no main root, it has lots of roots which are in the surface soil layer. So the Malus Zumi can grow well in the soil where the underground water level is high. This discovery has laid a theoretical basis for technology of plantlet transplantation.
