摘要
应用因子分析和聚类分析方法,统计分析了选自我国六个粟生态区的72个粟品种的过氧化物酶同工酶扫描数据.结果表明,粟过氧化物酶同工酶类别与生态类型具有很大的一致性.东北、华北品种可归为一类,西藏和北部高原南片的品种可归为一类,北部高原北片的品种自成一类,而南方品种未形成统一的过氧化物酶同工酶类型.另外,各区品种也都有特殊型.
Peroxidase isozyme data of 72 varieties of foxtail millet were analysed with factor and cluster analysis methods. The results indicated that the iso-zyme type had analogy with ecotype. The varieties collected from Northeast and North China were classifiec it cte type. The varieties from Xizang and south region of Northwest Plateau were classified in another type. The varieties from north region of Northwest plateau were grouped in a type alone. But the varieties from the southern part of China could not be grouped in a united type. Besides,there were some varieties in every region that belonged to special and espective types.
