摘要
目的:观察金双岐治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:142例患儿随机分为两组,A组65例用思密达治疗,B组77例在A组治疗基础上加用金双岐。结果:B组的总有效率为93.5%,明显高于A组总有效率为76.9%。结论:金双岐治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效显著。
Objective ：To observe the effect of Golden Bifido on the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea. Methods： 142 cases were divided randomly into two groups.Group A：65 cases were treated with smecta;Group B ：77 cases were treated with smecta and Golden Bifido. Results： The total effective rate of group B （93.5%）was much higher than group A （76.9%）. Conclusion：It is highly effective to treat infantile autumnal diarrher with Golden Bifido.
