缺钙时镧、铈对黄瓜白菜的生长及根系碱性磷酸酶活性的影响 被引量:4

The Effects of Lanthanum, Cerium on the Growth and Alkaline Phosphatase Activity in Root of Cucumber,Chinese Cabbage During Calcium Starvation

摘要 在缺钙营养液中加入La^(3+) 、Ce^(3+),对黄瓜、白菜的生长产生有利影响,缺钙症状减轻,鲜重、株高、叶绿素、蛋白质含量均比缺钙培养有所提高.La^(3+)、Ce^(3+)可抑制根中碱性磷酸酶活性的升高.缺钙处理数天后,补加La^(3+)、Ce^(3+)也可减缓碱性磷酸酶活性的升高.这些生理作用与Ca^(2+)的作用相类似. Addition of La3+, Ce3+ to the culture solution deficient in Ca2+ is benificial to the growth of cucumber and Chinese cabbage, relieves the symptom of Ca2+ starvation,increases the fresh weight,plant height,and the amount of chlorophyll and protein. La3+, Ce3+can inhibit the increase of the activity of alkaline phosphatase in root due to calcium starvation. The readdition of La3+, Ce3+ can also inhibit the continuous increase of alkaline phosphatase activity under the condition of Ca2+ starvation for several days. The effects of La3 + , Ce3+ are similar to Ca2 + .
