摘要
目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合黄芪颗粒治疗心肌炎伴室上性早搏的疗效及安全性。方法:将心肌炎伴有室上性早搏患者144例分为3组,对照组50例,仅予辅酶Q10mg,每日3次;普罗帕酮组45例,在应用辅酶Q基础上予以普罗帕酮150mg,每日3次;参松养心胶囊联合黄芪颗粒治疗组49例,在辅酶Q基础上联合应用参松养心胶囊3粒,每日3次,以及黄芪颗粒15g,每日2次。治疗3个月,观察室上性早搏及临床症状缓解情况。结果:参松养心胶囊联合黄芪颗粒治疗组治疗室上性早搏总有效率79.59%,显著高于对照组(24.00%,P<0.01),而与普罗帕酮组(80%)差别无统计学意义;其临床症状缓解总有效率为93.88%,显著高于对照组(26.00%,P<0.01)及普罗帕酮组(46.67%,P<0.01);不良反应发生率6.12%,与对照组比较差异无显著意义(2%,P>0.05),而显著低于普罗帕酮组(22.22%,P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合黄芪颗粒治疗心肌炎伴室上性早搏疗效佳,与普罗帕酮疗效相近,不良反应少。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of Shensongyangxin and Huangqi on supraventricular premature beat in patients with myocarditis. Methods：Patients were devided into 3 groups. Control group：50 patients who were treated with coenzyme Q; Propafenonc group：45 patients who were treated with propafenonc besides coenzyme Q; Shensongyangxin and Huangqi group： 49 patients who were treated with shensongyangxln and huangqi besides coenzyme Q.Results：Shen- and Huangqi significantly decresed supraventrleular premature by 79.59% compare with 24.00% of control group（P〈0.01）,which was not significantly differrent with that of propafenonc group（80%, P〉0.05）;h also significantly decreased the symptoms by 93.88% compare with 26% of control grouop（P〈0.01） and 46.67% of propafenonc group;The adverse reaction rate of Shensongyangxin and Huangqi was 6.12% which was not significantly different with 2.00% of control（P〉0.05） and were significantly lower than 22.22% of propafenonc group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shensongyangxin and Huangqi can decrease the supraventrlcular premature beats and sympotoms in patients with myocarditis safely.
