摘要
目的研究左氧氟沙星联合黄芪注射液治疗难治性肺结核的临床疗效。方法将86例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。两组患者均给与2HRZSE/6HRE的常规肺结核治疗方案,即强化期患者服用异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、链霉素和乙胺丁醇,1次/d,持续2个月;巩固期患者服用异烟肼、利福平和乙胺丁醇,1次/d,持续6个月。观察组患者在此基础上给与左氧氟沙星联合黄芪注射液治疗方案,即患者服用左氧氟沙星,400mg/次,1次/d,持续8个月;同时强化期期内给与黄芪注射液肌肉注射,2ml(含黄芪生药2g)/次,1次/d,持续2个月,巩固期给与黄芪颗粒口服,2g/次,1次/d,持续6个月。结果观察组病灶吸收总有效率为97.7%,空洞闭合总有效率为93.0%;对照组病灶吸收总有效率为48.8%,空洞闭合总有效率为46.5%。两者均具有显著的统计学差异,观察组患者有更好的治疗效果。结论左氧氟沙星联合黄芪注射液能有效提高治疗难治性肺结核的临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of levofloxacin combined with Astragalus Injection in the treat- ment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Totally 86 patients were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. Two patients were given 2HRZSE/6HRE routine tuberculosis treatment programme, namely the strengthening phase in patients taking isoniazid, pyrazinamide, Rifuku Hira, streptomycin and ethambutol, 1/d,lasted for 2 months; the consolidation period in patients taking isoniazid and ethambutol, Rifuku Hira, the l/d, continuing for 6 months. The patients in the observation group based on the given levofloxaein combined with Astragalus injection in the treatment of scheme, i. e. patients taking levofloxacin ,400mg/, I/d, lasted for 8 months ; While strengthening period give astragalus injection ,2ml (including Astragalus hoangtchy 2G)/times, l/d, lasted for 2 months, the consolidation of period give Astragali granule orally ,2g/, l/d, continuing for 6 months. Results The observation group focus absorbed on the total efficiency of 97. 7% ,void closure in the total efficiency of 93%; Control group were absorbed on the total efficiency of 48. 8%, the total efficiency of 46. 5% for void closure. Both had significant statistical difference, the patients in the observa- tion group has a better therapeutic effect. Conclusions Levofloxacin combined with astragalus injection can effectively im- prove the clinical curative effect of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis.
