摘要
湖北某矿泉水厂春季一段时间生产的矿泉水中出现一种白色棉絮状沉淀，经过实验分析确定为一种微生物沉淀。生产实践证明：定期对生产线和环境严格消毒灭菌可以防止沉淀的产生。
A white precipitate was found in some products of a mineral water plant in Hubei province in the spring time of 1994. The experimental analyses showed that the white precipitate was some microorganisms. Since the surrounding and whole producing line were strictly sterilized by UV and ClO 2, the white precipitate has never appeared.
