摘要
福建乌龙茶独具特色,产业经济地位突出,但却面临生态环境恶化、产品质量下降和其他省乌龙茶冲击等挑战,必须通过构建生物学、生态学、法律、茶文化等多重保护体系进行保护。福建乌龙茶的生物学保护包括保护种质资源、品种性状和遗传的多样性;生态学保护包括建设生态茶园及以循环经济为指导延伸产业链;法律保护以地理标志产品保护为主;福建乌龙茶文化保护包括保护加工工艺、功夫茶艺、茶俗、茶礼、茶传说等。
Fujian Oolong tea is unique in quality and has prominent position in tea industry, but is facing the challenges of deteriorating environment, degrading quality and competition of Oolong tea originating from other provinces; therefore, multi - conservation and protection system from the perspectives of biology, ecology, law, and culture should be constructed to preserve Fujian Oolong tea. Biological conservation of Fujian Oolong tea includes the conservation of seed quality resources, variety features, and genetic diversity. Ecological conservation includes the construction of ecological tea gardens and the extension of industrial chain guided by cyclical economy. Legal protection focuses on the protection of geography sign products. Cultural protection includes the protection of processing techniques, Gongfu tea art, tea customs, tea etiquette, and tea legends.
