摘要
目的:评价泡沫碳化硅陶瓷的皮肤致敏作用。方法:按照GB/T16886.10-2000,将30只豚鼠分为试验组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组,采用豚鼠最大值试验,于激发结束后1h,5h,12h,24h,48h,72h观察各组动物皮肤激发情况,并进行记分。结果:阳性对照组所有试验动物在6个观察时间点均出现红斑、水肿反应,阴性对照组在1h,5h2个观察时间点有动物出现红斑反应,试验组在1h,5h,12h有动物出现红斑反应,阳性对照组平均反应值3.383±0.886,阴性对照组平均反应值0.117±0.042,试验组平均反应值0.117±0.014。根据GB/T16886.10-2000标准,要求观察24h,48h,72h致敏率,试验组致敏率为0,属Ⅰ级。结论:试验条件下泡沫碳化硅陶瓷无潜在皮肤致敏性。
Objective: To study the skin sensitization of the foam silicon carbon ceramic. Method: According to the GB / T 16886.10-2000 standard, divide 30 guinea pigs into treatment group, the positive control group and negative control group, using guinea pig maximinatim test,observation and score at 1 h,5 h, 12 h,24 h,48 h,7 2h after the stimulate. Result: The all experiments animal of positive control group appears the redspot dropsy in 6 viewing times, the negative control group has the experimental animal to appear the redspot in 1h, 5h two viewing times, the treatment group has the experimental animal to appear the redspot in 1 h,5 h, 12 h. The average response value of positive control group is 3.383±0.886,the average response value of negative control group is 0.117±0.042, the average response value of treatment group is 0.117± 0.014. According to the GB/T 16886.10-2000 standard,request observes 24 h,48 h,72 h sensitively rate, the treatment group sensitively rate is 0, I level.Conclusion: Foam silicon carbon ceramic does not have the potential of skin sensitization under test condition.
