基因修饰未成熟树突状细胞诱导移植耐受的研究进展

Progress in the studies on transplantation tolerance induced by gene modified immature dendritic cells

摘要 未成熟树突状细胞(iDC)诱导同种异体移植耐受的能力有限,它可能在活体内复杂的微环境中接受成熟信号而被诱导成熟,而具有免疫抑制功能的单基因修饰iDC可增强其诱导同种异体移植耐受的能力,但仍有一定的局限性。因而有选择的联合不同具有免疫抑制功能的基因修饰iDC可显著增强iDC诱导同种异体移植耐受的能力。 Immature dendritic cells (iDC) have limited competece to induce allograft transplantation tolerance. They receive the mature signal from the complicated microenvironment in vivo and develop into mature dendritic cells. While modified by single gene, iDC can induce all graft transplantation tolerance to some extend. While modified by selected combination of different genes, iDC can significantly enhance all ograft transplantation tolerance.
