IκBα突变体对树突状细胞成熟及其信号通路的影响 被引量:3

摘要 不成熟树突状细胞(DC)低表达共刺激分子,通过T细胞凋亡、无能及调节性T细胞增多等多种机制诱导免疫耐受。如何有效抑制DC成熟从而诱导免疫耐受是移植免疫的重要课题。不成熟DC发育为成熟DC主要由NF—κB信号通路控制。我们利用IκBα突变体(MMM)阻断NF-κB活化,观察它对DC成熟的影响。
