摘要
IL-31是由Th2细胞分泌的一种新型细胞因子,它能结合由IL-31RA和制瘤素M受体(OSMR)组成的异二聚体型Ⅰ类细胞因子受体进行信号传导。IL-31及其受体mRNA水平的高低与不同的组织及刺激条件有关,其生物学活性与皮肤病理及炎性细胞募集有关,在特应性皮炎(AD)的发生和发展中发挥着重要的作用。
Interleukin 31 is a newly discovered cytokine produced by Th2 cells. It is involved in the signal transduction by combining to a heterodimeric type I cytokine receptor composed of IL-31 receptor A (IL-31 RA) and oncostatin M receptor (OSMR). The levels of IL-31 and its receptors' mRNA are different in different tissue and conditions. Its biological activity is related to the skin physiology and inflammatory cell recruitment. It is play an importment role in the occurrence and development of atopic skin inflammation.
