The Influence of Compound Danshen Drop Pills with Aspirin on Platelet Aggregation in Coronary Heart Disease

摘要目的探讨复方丹参滴丸协同阿司匹林对冠心病患者血小板聚集功能的影响。方法将60例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者随机分为阿司匹林组(对照组)与阿司匹林加复方丹参滴丸组(试验组)。于用药前及用药1周、用药1月后测定血小板最大聚集率(PAGM)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量。结果治疗1月后试验组PAGM、TXB2含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论ACS患者联合应用复方丹参滴丸和阿司匹林能显著降低PAGM、TXB2水平,优于单独应用阿司匹林。 Objective To elucidate the effect of Compound Danshen Drop Pills with Aspirin on platelet aggregation in patients （pts） with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Sixty pts with CHD were randomly divided into Aspirin group and Aspirin plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills group. The level of PAGM, TX]~ were measured pretreatment and following treatment at 1 week and I month. Results Both PAGM and TXB2 were significantly lower in Aspirin plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills group than that in the Aspirin group following treatment for 1 month （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen Drop Pills with Aspirin was more effective than Aspirin Alone for CHD.
