摘要
研究目的:提出我国竞技体育不道德现象原因的分析框架,以期为我国竞技体育行业不正之风的整治和道德建设提供参考。研究方法:(1)结合制度分析法进行分析。其分析框架为:制度——个人选择——行为结果。(2)社会学调查。研究结论:从人的行为发生来看,竞技体育不道德现象的原因,表现在不道德行为诱发机制的存在,不道德行为机会结构的存在,不道德行为约束机制(包括道德自律约束,内部管理和责任约束,制度约束,外界舆论约束机制4个方面)的缺失和道德行为报答机制的缺失等方面。
This paper put forward an analysis frame on the causes of immorality phenomena in Chinese sports, aim to provide reference on renovating immorality phenomena and morality construction in Chinese sports. The methods of study were system analysis and sociology investigation. The analysis frame is from system, person selection to behavior result. From the behavior occur of human being, the conclusions of the causes of immorality phenomena in sports reflect were as follows, （1）the exist of induce mechanism. （2） the exist of chance mechanism of immorality behaviors. （3）the lack of binding mechanism （the binding by oneself, by internal management and responsibility, by system, and by external public opinion） of immorality behaviors, and the lack of repayable mechanism of morality behaviors.
