摘要
在0.4mol·dm^(-3)氯化钠溶液中。藏红T有清晰的极谱波。峰电位分别位于-0.61和-0.68V。浓度在0—6.27×10^(-5)mol·dm^(-3)间和峰电流成直线关系。在试验基础上,建立了藏红T的导数示波极谱测定法,并已用于对试剂藏红T含量的测定。本文还对藏红T极谱性质作了一些研究、表明它是一吸附波。
Safranine T produced two distinct polarographic waves in the medium of sodium chloride solution.The peak potentials are obtained at -0.61 and -0.68V, respectively. The second wave is used for quantitative analysis. There is a linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of safranine T in the range from 0 to 6.27×10^(-5) mol· dm^(-3), or from 0 to 0.55 mg per 25 ml. The experimental results shows that the polarographic wave is adsorption one.
