摘要
本文提出了巯基棉分离,用3,5-diBr-PADAP-乳化剂OP光度法测定微量镉的新方法,本法灵敏度高,ε=1.3×10~5,是目前在水相中测镉的高灵敏方法之一,用本法测定了水样中的微量镉。
The colour reaction of Cd complex with 3,5-diBr-PADAP in the presence of a nonionic surfactant OP has been investigated. The complex has maximum absorption at 572nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.3×10~5. The composition ratio of Cd(Ⅱ)/3,5-diBr-PADAP is 1:2. Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0 to 12μg/25mL. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace Cd(Ⅱ) in water.
