摘要
目的:探讨超声造影时间-强度曲线对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法:对30例原发性肝癌患者进行常规超声和超声造影检查,绘制超声造影时间-强度曲线。测量肿瘤与周围肝实质的超声造影始增时间、始增强度、峰值时间和峰值强度等参数,计算其增强和消退速率,两者进行对比分析。结果:原发性肝癌组和周围肝实质的强化速率分别为0.799 dB/s和0.185 dB/s,消退速率分别为0.053 dB/s和0.028 dB/s,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影时间-强度曲线为原发性肝癌的超声诊断提供了定量分析的方法,与周围肝实质相比,其具有的"快进快退"的血流灌注特征,在辅助诊断肝肿瘤中更具临床实用价值。
Objective To analyze contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods with contrast-enhanced ultrasound and time-intensity curve in the primary liver carcinoma on Thirty the tim patients with primary liver carcinoma were examined e-intensity curve was obtained. The base time, base intensity, peak time and peak intensity were measured. The mean enhancement rate and mean declined rate were calculated. Results The mean enhancement rate and mean declined rate were 0. 799 dB/s and 0. 185 dB/s in the primary liver carcinomas, and 0. 053 dB/s and 0. 028 dB/s in the normal hepatic tissue (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The time-intensity curves of contrast-enhanced ultrasound between the primary liver carcinoma and natural hepatic tissue have the clinical diagnostic and differential diagnostic value.
