灰阶超声造影对肝脏小病灶的诊断价值 被引量：1

摘要 对23例肝脏小病灶患者做了超声造影检查,同时与二维超声和彩色多普勒超声检查结果对比分析。23例造影显示病灶34个,选择其中28个典型病灶为重点观察对象。结果超声造影定性的准确率为91%,高于常规超声的55%和彩色多普勒超声的70%。提示二代造影剂Sono Vue可连续观测病灶内血流灌注情况,等同于增强CT和增强MRI的检查原理和判断标准,是超声诊断肝内病灶的一种革命性的新型手段。
