摘要
学习型组织构建是高校学生社团建设的一个新视角,有别于传统的社团管理思路。高校要结合实际把学习型组织理论应用到社团管理中来,重视成员的学习和成长,在社团的目标追求、价值取向和运作模式等方面进行探索,从而提高社团在大学生素质教育中的作用。
Learning organization, a new mode of students＇ league construction helps shape college students＇ qualities. Universities should apply theories of learning organizations to league management, probe into its goal and value oreintation and operating mode so as to give full play to its role in quality-based education.
