摘要
阐述全能纸张烘道系统主要组成,根据烘干物料的不同,选择红外线干燥或紫外线固化,烘干后经运风降温冷却,提高纸张的干燥效果。在红外线干燥组和冷却组均采用气流循环的结构,提高能量利用率。纸张烘干实验表明,该系统能够实现很好的干燥效果。
The main component systems of comprehensive paper dryer path were introduced. Accord- ing to the different papers, infrared drying or UV curing was selected, and then the cooling systems made the paper cool to improve the drying effect. Air circulation was applied in the infrared drying group and the cooling group to increase energy efficiency. It proved by paper drying experiments that the system can achieve good drying effect.
