摘要
从近年来在干燥领域公开发表的不同研究人员最新研究成果、受关注的研究方向等方面作了归纳总结,同时对未来感兴趣的研究方向进行了展望,希望能对本领域的研究人员、干燥设备制造企业的工程技术人员或感兴趣的读者有所启发。
This paper summarizes some recent advances est. The new developments in spray drying, freeze drying and general trends in drying technologies of industrial interas well as supercritical fluid drying are discussed. Numerous emerging technologies are listed and some examples are discussed in detail. Potential R＆D areas for the new technologies are identified.
