摘要
目的探讨猪食管肌间神经节内垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(PACAP)免疫阳性神经末梢的来源。方法采用荧光免疫组织化学技术及逆向神经元示踪技术。结果猪食管肌间神经节内含有叶片状、PACAP免疫阳性的神经纤维网;经食管下括约肌腹侧壁行荧光素快蓝(FB)神经元逆向示踪研究显示,节神经节(NG)内含有许多FB示踪神经元,其中约有48%呈PACAP免疫阳性。结论猪食管肌间神经节内的PACAP免疫阳性神经末梢网很可能来源于迷走神经,为猪食管壁内的肌间神经节内板层样神经末梢。NG神经元顺向示踪研究结合免疫组织化学技术,将有助于确定此结构的形态特点并揭示其神经化学特征。
Objective To study the origin of PACAP-immunoreactive nerve fibers in myenteric ganglia of porcine esopha gus. Methods Immunohistochemistry combined with retrograde neuronal tracing technique with fast blue was applied. Results Dense leaflet-like PACAP immunoreactive nerve fibers were found in the myenteric ganglia of porcine esophagus, especially in the region of abdominal wall of lower esophageal sphincters; many fast blue-traced neurons were found in nodose ganglia, among which, about 48% were PACAP immunoreaetive. Conclusion The dense PACAP immunoreaetive nerve fibers found in the my enteric ganglia of porcine esophagus were possibly the intraganglionic lamina endings of vagal origin.
