摘要
用25Gy ^(60)Co γ射线全身照射12只大鼠,观察照后24、48和72小时十二指肠肌间神经神经节的形态改变.光镜下见照射后各时间组肌间神经节内神经元胞体及其胞突均有不同程度的损伤,表现为神经细胞胞体和突起水肿,微丝、微管破坏,线粒体肿胀,髓鞘样结构增多,突触小泡聚集,这些改变随照后时间延长渐趋加重.这可能是受照后肠道运动功能紊乱的结构基础.
The morphological changes of Auerbach's ganglions in the duodenums of 12 rats were investigated 24,48 and 72 hours after whole-body irradiation by 25 Gy ^(60)Co γ-ray.No obvious morphologic changes of Auerbach's ganglions were found under light microscope,but the injuries of varying degrees were observed both nerve cell bodies and their processes under electron microscope.This showed that both nerve cell bodies and their processes were swellig,that the microfilments and microtubules were damaged,that the mitochondria were tumefied and that the number of myeline figures increaced and the synaptic vesicles gathered.The damage was gradually getting serious with the passing of the time after exposure to γ-ray,which might be the structural basis for the disturbance of intestinal motility after irradiation.
