摘要
介绍目前世界上最大的卡尔多炉处理废杂铜工艺及其相关设备的技术,其中主要相关设备包括加料翻斗车、轨道车、环保烟罩、喷枪装置及直升烟道等,卡尔多炉具有熔炼和吹炼可在同一个炉内完成的特点,炉渣含铜一般小于0.5%。
The process of copper scrap treatment using the largest Kaldo furnace in the world at present and the technology of relevant equipment, involving loading dumper, rail car, fugitive gas hood, lance and offtake stack etc., are introduced in the paper. Kaldo furnace is featured by realization of smelting and converting in one furnace,with copper content in slag generally less than 0.5%.
