摘要
经过长期生产实践的探索,成功地解决了反射炉排烟收尘系统常见故障成为制约生产的技术"瓶颈"问题。通过加强对其常见故障分析与控制,其原料综合利用率和金属回收率高,可保证生产的顺行,达到安全高效、延长炉龄、节能环保、降耗之目的。
Through the exploration of production practice,the bottleneck problems of common faults of smoke dust collected system of reverberatory furnace have been successfully resolved which limits production. By strengthening its common malfunction analysis and control,raw materials comprehensive utilization rate and metal recovery rate is high,it can ensure production run smoothly,achieves safety and high efficiency,prolongs furnace life,the purpose of energy conservation,environmental protection and decreases energy consumption.
