摘要
本文提出了镉的催化动力学分光光度(或荧光)测定的新方法。该法基于Cd(Ⅱ)和咪唑对Co(Ⅲ)与T(4-SP)P[即α,β,γ,δ-四(4-磺苯基)卟吩的配合物生成反应的催化作用。在pH8.5的H_3BO_3-Na_2B_4O_7缓冲溶液中,Co(Ⅱ)和T(4—SP)P的反应速率在所述条件下与Cd(Ⅱ)的浓度成正比。采用固定时间法以测量吸光度(在432nm)或荧光强度(在644nm)。Cd(Ⅱ)的测定范围为0.5~16ng/ml,分光光度法和荧光测定法的镉加入量的回收率分别为95~105%和98~106%。
A new method is presented for the catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric (or/and fluorimetric) determination of Cd(Ⅱ). This method is based on the catalytic effect of Cd(Ⅱ) and imidazole on the formation reaction of the complex of Co(Ⅲ) with T(4-SP)P (a,β, γ,δ-tetrakis(4-sulphophenyl)porphine].In a buffer solution of H_3BO_3-Na_2B_4O_7 (pH8.5) the reaction rate of Co(Ⅱ) with T(4-SP)P is directly proportional to the concentration of Cd (Ⅱ)under the described conditions.The fixed-time method is used for measuring absorbance (at 432 nm) or/and fluorescence intensity (at 644nm).The range of determination for Cd (Ⅱ) is 0.5-16 ng/ml,and the recoveries of Cd(Ⅱ)are 95—105% and 98—106% for spectrophotometry and fluorimetry, respectively.
