摘要
用索氏提取法提取黄蔷薇和扁刺蔷薇籽油,用KOH─CH_3OHH法甲酯化处理,用毛细管气相色谱法测定脂肪酸的组成和相对含量,鉴定了12种脂肪酸,主要为油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸。
The seeds oil of the Rosa hugonis Hemsl and the Rosa sweginzowii Koehne were extracted by means of Soxhlet's extractor. The extracts were esterified with methanol - potassium hydroxide method. Then fatty acid esters were separated and determined by capillary gas chromatography' Twelve kinds of fatty acids have been identified. The major components are oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid.
