福建省湿地松抗褐斑病家系子代测定分析

Progeny test of families from the seed orchard of Pinus elliottii with resistance to Lecanosticta acicola in Fujian Province

摘要 子代测定是林木抗病育种的一个必要环节,亲本的抗病性以及生长性状在子代会发生变异。本项研究对福建省湿地松抗褐斑病种子园8年生的6个单系和6年生的5个单系子代抗病性和生长进行了测定。结果表明,针叶感病率性状在各家系间呈极显著差异,抗病选育具有良好的效果。本试验选出的抗病性表现强(针叶感病率低于15%)且稳定的家系有32、8和10号,值得推广。 Progeny test is a necessary process in forest breeding as the resistance of parents may be varied among progenies. Resistance to Lecanosticta acicola and growth performance of 6 families of 8 years old and 5 families of 6 years old progenies from the seed orchard resistant to brown spot needle blight were investigated. Significant difference of the ratio of affected needles among families was found and excellent effect of the resistant breeding against brown spot needle blight was achieved. Families with the ratio of affected needles less than 15% were 32#, 8# and 10# with high and sustainable resistance to brown spot needle blight and they were selected to be popularized in afforestation.
