摘要
将通用计算机平台与嵌入式技术相结合,设计了一种可重构分布式监控系统,由3个子系统构成,主控子系统采用OPC技术可动态连接组态软件,实现系统的可重构,并通过USB总线与共享子系统通信,以双口RAM为核心的共享子系统实现主控子系统与就地子系统的数据共享和通信,就地子系统采用CAN总线或RS-485总线实现分布式网络,此系统已成功应用于液压同步提升系统之中,实践证明了监控系统的可行性和有效性。
A reconfignrable distributed monitoring system based on the combination of general PC and embedded technology was designed. It composed with three sub-systems. The main sub-system connected confignrable software dynamic by OPC technology, and communication with share sub-system through USB bus, dual-port RAM implemented data share and communication within main sub-system and share sub-system. The sub-system adopted CAN bus or RS -485 to realize distributed networks. This system has been applied on the hydraulic synchronal lift system successfully, the feasibility and validity of the reconfignrable distributed monitoring system has been proved in practice.
