摘要
可重组制造系统能动态调整制造系统,达到提高生产效率以及缩短设计时间、制造系统重组时间和新产品上市时间的目的。为此,提出了可重构农机产品链开发设计制造模型,运用此模型设计开发出16K2农用运输车和JLZ03小型装载机,分析了两款产品具体的可重构组元及使用虚拟样机技术进行产品开发的方法,认为此模型有助于产品开发规划、提高制造效率、降低成本,并建议在此基础上进一步研究农机产品制造系统的可重构性。
This paper presents a manufacturing mode of reconfigurable product chain of agricultural machine, using this mode, 16K2 agricultural truck and JLZ03 small loader was designed. Furthermore, this paper analyzes material reconfigurable components of the two products and the method of developing product by using virtual prototyping technology, considers that this mode conduces to develop new products, increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce the costs, and suggests that further research of reconfigurable manufacturing system of agricultural machine can be continued on the base of this mode.
