二甲醚掺混工艺研究

摘要 阐述了二甲醚(DME)掺混的必要性及设计原理,论述了对整个工艺安全至关重要的安全阀的选型计算和烃泵气蚀余量计算,剖析了易燃易爆液化石油气管道系统布置原理及管材选择原则,同时对输送系统也进行了简要论述。 The necessity and design principle of dimethyl ether blending was introduced. The selection of safety valve and the calculation of cavitation margin were discussed, which were very important to the safety of the whole craft. The arrangement principle of piping system of flammable and explosive LPG and selection principle of piping material, as well as conveying system were analyzed.
