钙基固硫剂脱硫原理及影响因素研究

摘要 控制SO2的污染是当前环保治理的重中之重。目前,广泛采用的脱硫技术各有优缺点,在环保要求日益严格的背景下,达标排放甚至满足超低排放标准难度大,因此,开发燃煤固硫技术具有重要的环境、经济和社会效益。论文初步探讨钙基固硫剂的脱硫机理和影响因素,简要论述钙基成分、添加剂种类、反应温度、钙硫比等因素对固硫效率的影响,并探讨贝壳作为固硫剂的优势。 The control of SO2 pollution is the most important work in environmental protection and control. The desulfurization technology widely applied now have merits and demerits respectively. It is difficult to achieve standard discharge and ultra low emissions under the strict environmental background. So the development of coal combustion technology has an important environmental, economic and social benefits. This article preliminarily discusses the desulfurization principle and influence factor of calcium-based sorbent, and briefly discusses the influence of calcium-based composition, the kinds of additive, reaction temperature and Ca/S on sulfur fixation efficiency. And it discusses the advantages of shell as sulfur-fixing agent.
