摘要
比较中专、大专(高职)学制下护理专业学生职业成熟度的差异,对针对性地给他们进行就业指导和职业生涯规划的教育很有必要。运用职业成熟度量表,采取整群随机抽样的方法,对本省某护理职业学院中专一年级、大专一年级、高职二年级、高职五年级的护生进行测试与比较,为我们今后在不同阶段有针对性的开展一系列职业生涯教育活动,帮助他们加深对所学专业的了解,激发和调动他们的学习积极性,促进教学质量的提高,认识当前学习与实现个人职业理想的关系,设计好合理的成才之路等有很大的帮助。
It＇s quite necessary to compare the differentces of nursing students caree maturity in the secondary and tertiary（higher vocational） system for their employment guidance and career planning education targetedly By using career maturity scale and the entire group random sampling in a nursing vocational college in Jiangxi, the study tests and compares the nursing students of grade one in secondary;the students of grade one in tertiary; the students of grade two and grade five in higher vocational,which is of much help to carry out a series of career planning education targetedly in future and to deeper their understanding what they are learning to inspire and mobilize their enthusiasm for learning to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
