摘要
会展旅游是一种高级的、特殊的旅游活动表现方式,是会展经济发展的必然产物,是会展产业链的一个重要环节,具有高利润、高产出的特点,能为旅游业及社会经济的发展带来综合的经济效益,并能提高城市的知名度和美誉度。基于建设海峡西岸旅游区的背景,论述了厦门发展会展旅游的优越条件和存在问题,并提出了几点建议和对策。
MICE tourism was one of the highlevel and special tourism activities,an inevitable product of development of MICE economy and an important link of MICE industry chain.It had characteristic of high profit and delivered.It could bring the synthetic economic efficiency for the development of tourism and social economy, and enhanced the popularity and the fine reputation of the city. Based on the background of construction of tourist areas of west side of the Taiwan Straits,this paper analyzed the strengths on development and its problems of Xiamen MICE tourism, and then proposed its countermeasure.
