摘要
运用信息经济学的信息甄别原理来对当前大学生考证热这一现象作出分析:阐述了考证热的背景及其对于学生的意义,分析了企业招聘时可能面临的逆向选择和道德风险行为;用信息甄别模型描述了企业如何甄别应届大学生所传递的信息,如何甄别应届大学生以简历(包括各种证书)为信号载体传递的个人能力及简历的含金量的信息;对模型作出总结并提出了相应的建议。
This paper uses information economics principles to analyze the current certificate enthusiasm among college students. Firstly, the background of this phenomenon and its significance for collage students are expounded; secondly, the adverse selection and moral risk behaviors are analyzed, which are likely encountered by enterprises during their recruiting process. Then, this paper focuses on using Information Discrimination model to describe how employers discriminate information sent by applicants (graduate students), including their capability and the value within their resumes (including all kinds of certificates). Finally, some conclusions about the model are drawn and some relevant suggestion is proposed.
