摘要
针对中国出口企业面临的日益严格的环境标准和措施,应该站在可持续发展的高度,进行理性的分析。文章认为缺乏环境技术创新能力是遭遇环境壁垒的根本原因。实行环境技术创新需要进行合理制度安排、强化企业的内部动力机制、政府的激励和生产模式的转变。
Exporting-oriented enterprises in China is facing increasingly stricter environment standards and measures and these enterprises should have theoretical analysis on the issue in the view of sustainable development. The author thinks that lacking technological innovation of environment is the real cause of environment barriers. Technological innovation needs institutional arrangement, inner driving-force in enterprises, government' encouragement and change of production model.
