摘要
通过分析HSE管理体系关键要素,结合模糊数学综合评判的理论和量化评估的思想,建立模糊数学量化评估模型。引入定量化的手段,反映企业实施HSE管理体系的绩效情况并判断其优劣。该评估方法可对HSE管理体系的运行状态进行客观全面的评价,为企业的管理工作指明方向。
Based on the definition of correlative concepts about HSE management system, it described the function and significance of performance appraisal of HSE management system. It analyzed the key element of HSE management system, combining the theory and the quantification appraisal thought of the comprehensive judgment method in fuzzy mathematics, and set up the quantification appraisal model in fuzzy mathematics. By using the quantificational method, it reflected the performance of implementation of HSE management system in enterprise and judged the quality. The method can be used to carry out the objective and all-round appraisal to the function of HSE management system, and direct the management work in enterprise.
