久效磷对中国对虾细胞超微结构的影响Ⅱ.对肠的毒性效应 被引量:5

摘要 1994年7~10月,作者取青岛市水产局养殖公司的平均体长10.3cm的中国对虾,在实验室内用0.10mg/L久效磷海水溶液处理,分别在处理48h、96h时取尚存活对虾的中肠组织样品,用常规方法固定和制样,利用透射电子显微镜对中国对虾中肠细胞的超微结构进行观察。结果表明:中肠细胞的内质网严重水肿、扩张、囊泡化;高尔基膜囊水肿、扩张,高尔基小泡扩张,严重者破裂;线粒体内嵴局部瓦解;粘蛋白原和酶原颗粒明显增加;微绒毛出现气球样的肿胀,在微绒毛内形成很多液泡。与久效磷对对虾的肝胰脏、肌肉的中毒症状相比,以中肠的中毒稍重。 From July to October in 1994, we todk 10.3 cm average length Penaeuschinensis samples from an aquaculture company of the Qingdao Aquatic Bureau. In laboratory,the samples were treated with 0.1 mg/L Monocrotophos marine water for 48 hours and96 hours respectively,and then the live mid-guts of Penaeus chinenhe were taken as samplesto fix. The results were as follows: Electron microscopy showed that after 96 hours treatment with Monocrotophos, the mid-gut cells changed greatly: the endopthemic reticulumswelled up,dilatated,vesciculated and formed many vacuolars, Golgi saccules and vesicles ofGolgi body also swelled up;the cristae of mitochondria disintegrated partly;the number ofproteoglycan and enzyme precursors increased obviously,the verge of cell of Microvillis dilatated like a balloon,and some vesicles emerged in the cells. Compared with the hepatopancreas muscle and grill,the mid-gut was the most adversely affected.
