摘要
目的:建立贝诺酯片快速、专属的鉴别方法。方法:以甲醇为溶剂进行重结晶,采用红外分光光度法(溴化钾压片)进行定性鉴别。结果:贝诺酯片与贝诺酯对照品的红外吸收光谱完全一致,并与国家药典委员会颁布的(药品红外光谱集)中的贝诺酯光谱图一致。结论:本法专属性强、快速、简便,可作为贝诺酯片的鉴别方法。
Objective： A rapid and exclusive method for the identification of benorilate tablets was established. Methods： The sample crystallized with methanol, and identified by the infrared spectrophotometric method. Resutls： The infrared absorption spectrum of the benorilate tablets was completely in conformity with that of the reference substance and the standard spectrum of paraeetamol in Infrared Spectrum Album of Drugs issued by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee. Conclusion： The method is specific, rapid and convenient. It can be used for the identification of benorilate tablets.
