摘要
通过对5个观赏百合品种样品ELISA检测,发现甘肃省观赏百合主要受黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV-Li)和百合无症病毒(LSV)的侵染,并且两种病毒存在复合侵染现象.5品种中CMV-Li和LSV检出率分别为40%和80%,复合侵染率为40%.侵染观赏百合的病毒寄主范围较窄,CMV-Li不能侵染CMV的常规鉴别寄主普通烟、心叶烟和苋色藜,但可侵染黄瓜、曼陀罗、菜豆(美国),侵染后植株可产生明脉、花叶、皱缩等症状,接种发病的菜豆和黄瓜经ELISA检测,可以作为CMV-Li鉴别寄主以及CMV-Li和LSV分离寄主.
Enzyme-linked immumnosorbent assay (ELISA) detection indicated that cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and lily symptomless virus (LSV) were major viral pathogens for infecting ornamental lily in Gansu Province. The rate of lily mosaic diseases infected by CMV was 40 %, by LSV was 80 %,mixed by CMV and LSV was 40%. The host range of ornamental lily viruses was narrow. CMV-Li could not infect normal indicator host of CMV, such as Nicotiana tabacurn, Nicotiana glutinosa, Chenopodium amaranticolor, but it could infect cucumber,Datura Strarnoniurn ,Phaseolus vulgaris and the infected plant express vein clearing,mosaic and crinkle symptoms. CMV-Li and LSV on lily could be isolated by indicator host Phaseolus vulgaris and cucumber.
