摘要
利用重离子和紫外线辐照诱变相结合的方法对兽疫链球菌CVCC1917进行了诱变处理,获得1株高产透明质酸菌株H-7。结果表明,该突变株产透明质酸(HA)能力提高了3倍多,产率稳定为1.8g/L^2.3g/L。
A high hyaluronic acid-producing mutant strain named H-7 was achieved from Streptococcus zooepidemicus CVCC 1917 by the combined treatment of heavy ion and UV. The results showed that the hyaluronic acid (HA) yield of H-7 was ranged between 1.8 g/L and 2.3 g/L, which was more than 3 times higher than the HA yield of original strain.
