近年发酵法生产透明质酸已成为透明质酸生产的主流,产透明质酸菌的育种技术也不断发展,本文综述了产透明质酸菌的育种概况。
In recent years, fermentation is a leading method for hyaluronic acid (HA) production and great progress has been made on the mutation breeding of HA-producing strains. In this article, the studies on mutation breeding of HA-producing strains are reviewed.
