摘要
研究了ICP-AES法测定高纯氧化镧中十四种稀土杂质的方法。利用简单的加热去溶装置成功地测定了99.99%La_2O_3中14种稀土杂质。10mg/ml La_2O_3基体工作曲线下限为(以氧化物百分含量计算)Ce、Pr、Sm_2×10^(-3);Gd、Tb1×10^(-3);Nd,Lu 8×10^(-4),Er,Ho,Dy4×10^(-4); Tm.Eu 2×10^(-4),Yb 8×10^(-5),Y_4×^(-5)。相对标准偏差为2.8—9.7,回收率为85—114%。
A method for the determination of 14 rate earth elements in high-purity lanthanum oxide has been developed. The removal of solvent by heating is also studied. The detection limit of working curves are 0.002% for Ce, Pr and Sm, 0.001% for Gd and Tb, 0.0008% for Nd and Lu, 0.0004% for Er, Ho and Dy. 0.0002% for Tm and Eu,0.00008% for Y, 0,00004% for Yb in 10mg/ml lanthanum oxide (counted by oxide). RSD is 2.8 to 9.7%, and rate of recovery 85—114%. This method is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in 99.99% lanthan(?)m oxide with satisfactory results.
