护理本科生应激性生活事件特点分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解影响护理本科生的生活事件特点,为更好地开展护理本科教育提供依据。方法采用青少年生活事件量表,对护理本科生进行测评研究。结果护理本科生近1年内发生频率较高的生活事件依次为考试失败或不理想,学习负担重,被人误会或错怪,长期远离家人不能团聚,恋爱不顺利或失恋等;不同性别间比较,女生大多数生活事件的应激量大于男生;不同年级间应激量也存在差异。结论在校护理本科生的生活事件有其自身特点,护理本科教育中,应根据护理本科生发生频率较高的生活事件,对不同性别、不同年级学生采取有针对性的干预措施,以提高护理本科教育质量。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of stress-related life events that influenced nursing undergraduates. Methods Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check List was used to evaluate 320 nursing undergraduates. Results The higher frequencies of occurrence of life events included failure in examinations,a heavy pressure on study,misunderstanding by others separation from family etc.The quantities of stress about life events in male students were different from that of female students,and were significantly different in grades. Conclusion The life events of nursing undergraduates have their own characteristics.To improve the quality of nursing education,we should aim at the students of different sex and grade and intervene in accordance with the life events occurring frequently.
